Focus and Scope

Kapuas Raya Journal of Education and Culture (KRJEC) is an open-access peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing recent studies in the broad field of education and culture. This journal welcomes scholarly contributions in areas such as general education, curriculum development, instructional design, learning strategies, assessment and evaluation, teacher education, educational technology, character education, multicultural education, and the integration of local wisdom in educational practices.

The journal is also committed to promoting research that explores the intersections between education and cultural studies, especially those focusing on local contexts such as West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Topics may include indigenous knowledge systems, cultural heritage preservation, community-based education, and socio-cultural approaches to learning.

KRJEC accepts original research articles, literature reviews, and conceptual papers from a wide range of educational settings, including formal, non-formal, and informal education.
